Our Story

From a garage idea to 2,800+ happy customers

BizAutomate was born in 2018 in a small New Lenox office above a bakery. Our three co-founders had spent decades watching small and mid-sized US businesses waste thousands of hours on repetitive operational work.

Today we are a team of 87 engineers, designers, and customer-success specialists serving clients in 42 states. Our platform has automated more than 47 million workflows, saving our customers an estimated $180M in operational costs.

We stay true to our original mission: make enterprise-grade automation accessible to any business, regardless of size or budget.
